At your own pace, I will help you to find the right tools that work for you, to support you through life's transitions and to help you live more authentically and in alignment with your true self.
I am available for in person sessions in Jersey, Channel Islands, and online therapy sessions for UK clients.

I’ll send you some onboarding paperwork you’ll need to complete before our first session to fully understand your needs.
