Nutrition in therapy
In therapy, nutrition is not just about what you eat—it’s about how you relate to food, your body, and yourself. For many, food holds complex meaning: comfort, control, culture, coping, or conflict.
My approach to nutrition is integrative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing your relationship with food is deeply connected to emotional safety, self-worth, and nervous system regulation.

Our relationship with food
MIND-BODY CONNECTION
BODY IMAGE & IDENTITY
Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts work, we reconnect with the body’s signals—hunger, fullness, pleasure, and boundaries—while understanding the protective roles food may have played.
Healing your relationship with food often means healing your relationship with your body. We explore body trust, self-compassion, and how cultural or familial messages may have shaped your self-image.
NUTRITION WITHOUT JUDGEMENT
This is a non-diet, weight-inclusive space. We don't moralize food or focus on willpower. Instead, we explore nourishment, flexibility, and honoring your body's needs with curiosity rather than control.
THE EMOTIONAL LAYER
OF EATING
Food often carries emotional weight. We gently explore how stress, trauma, or unmet needs have shaped your eating patterns—and how those patterns may be asking for care.
